Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, and office automation tools.
o Ability to interpret architectural/engineering drawings and specifications.
• Core Competencies:

• Preferred Background: Experience in casino, hotel/resort, retail, or luxury fitting-out projects.
