Customer Support Engineer 客户服务工程师

 Job duties:
1. Provide on-site support to customers including product trainings and maintenance.
2. Address the questions and concerns of customers about company’s products through an Internet-based system, telephone calls, and email.
3. Work closely with sales team for demonstration and deployment of robots.
4. Establish a good relationship with customers.
5. Perform robots’ inspection and carry out immediate solutions on faulty robots with Tech Support Department.
6. Configure the robots and manage the intelligent cloud platform before and after deployment.
7. Perform any ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:
1. BSc degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
2. Preferably at least one year's work experience in robotics field, but fresh graduate will also be considered as Assistant Customer Support Engineer.
3. Self-motivation, and a good sense of responsibility.
4. Work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
5. Fluency in Mandarin an advantage.
6. Immediate availability is highly preferable.

客户服务工程师
工作职责:
1. 现场给客户提供技术支持,包括产品培训和维护;
2. 通过互联网通讯、电话和邮件等方式解答客户关于公司产品的疑问;
3. 协助销售进行产品演示和机器部署;
4. 与客户建立良好的联系;
5. 定期检测机器人,针对部分故障机器人要及时和技术支持部门做出相应的解决方案;
6. 在部署机器人前后要设置和管理好智能云平台;
7. 完成其他领导交代的工作。

任职要求:
1、电子、电气、自动化电子或相关本科专业;
2、一年以上的机器人相关行业经验,优秀应届生可优先考虑;
3、自我驱动力强和有较强的责任心;
4、独立性较强,有解决问题的能力;
5、普通话流利;
6、能马上到岗者优先考虑。
