Hands Up Education Centre is an English language centre that aims to provide quality learning experiences to students from 10 months old and above.

We believe students are full of potential. According to their needs, we provide courses and workshops to inspire and develop their interests which will encourage them to acquire the necessary attitudes and skills for their lifelong personal growth.

We are dedicated to maintaining an English-only learning environment and a safe space for our students to grow and become more self-motivated learners. As a team, we work together with a group of international teachers and local administrative personnel to build a positive and memorable teaching experience.

Montessori Teacher（competitive salary）

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implement the Montessori philosophy and curriculum to foster holistic development in children.
Create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and self-discipline.
Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities and lessons that promote English language learning, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Utilize Montessori materials and teaching aids effectively to support children's learning.
Observe and assess individual children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing appropriate guidance and support.
Collaborate with parents, providing regular updates on children's development and offering guidance on extending learning at home.
Foster positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and support staff, maintaining open lines of communication.
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on current best practices in early childhood education.
Participate in the planning and execution of Centre special events and activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Montessori teacher with children aged 0-6 years
Strong knowledge and understanding of Montessori principles, methods, and materials
C1+ or C2 English speaker
Holder of bachelor’s degree in education or a related field. Montessori certification is a must.
Macau ID holder is preferred
Creative, passionate, patient, reliable, adaptable and MUST enjoy working with children
Able to work independently and work as a team
Available to work on weekends
