Training Coordinator – Tagalog Speakers Wanted

Job Duties:

Design training programs tailored to domestic helpers’ skill development needs (e.g., housekeeping, childcare).
Schedule training sessions using appropriate methods (in-person or online).
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys or performance assessments.

Requirements:

High-school graduate is minimum.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or HR is a definite advantage.
Fluency in English and Tagalog is a MUST; Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
Experience developing training content is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Work Hours & Benefits

Work Hours: 6 days a week (specific schedule to be discussed).

Salary: MOP 11,000–14,000 (Basic Salary + Bonus)
