Project Manager Job in Facility Management in All Macau

Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

Manages a team as service provider on facilities management service;
Act as project representative on demonstrating and reporting the compliance with service contracts, key performance indicators and legislation requirements;
Establish and administer policies and procedures for services and coordinate services with other clients and/or external parties;
Supervise and monitor the full operations of plant facilities and equipment maintenance;
Ensures that all maintenance technicians are well trained and comply with the operating procedures;
Prepare and maintain annual budget for building use and facilities maintenance;
Drives for continuous operational improvement;
Works closely with project directors on new business opportunities and continuation/expansion on the existing project development;

Job Requirements：

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field;
8 -10 years relevant working experiences, with at least 5 years in management level;
Sound knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 50001 and OHSAS 18001 management system；
Possess excellent management and leadership skill, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Accountable, detail minded;
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
