FOOD COURT MANAGER食閣經理

職位要求Job requirements:
 
  • 學士學位或同等學歷
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 至少具備2年餐廳管理經驗
  • Minimum 3 year’s management experience in the food and beverage sector
  • 良好的中英文書寫和口語能力,熟悉MS Office軟件操作
  • Good command in writing and speaking English, Cantonese and Chinese, Proficient in MS Office .
  • 精通成本控制、市場營銷和衛生管理
  • Decisive and strong leadership skills
  • 服務意識強,具有良好的溝通和人際交往能力,能承受較大的工作壓力;具有較強的分析能力及問題解決能力
  • Service-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills, Able to work under pressure; Strong analytical and problem solving ability.

主要職責Responsibilities:

  • 有效地管理食閣的經營;並及時作出改善
  • To effectively manage the food court operation and make timely improvement.
  • 監督及指導員工日常運作, 人手調動安排及跟進設施維護
  • To supervise and guide daily operation of food court, staff performance and facility maintenance.
  • 控制庫存和食品成本及費用推動銷售,使預算收入最大化
  • Control inventory stock, cost of food, and other expenses,Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
  • 處理顧客投訴並及時通報反饋,與公司內外各部門溝通及合作,使運作順暢
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, Communicate and cooperate with other departments to smooth operation.
  • 妥善管理、確保所有服務設備和附件的可用性,與潛在的合資夥伴,商業和運營事宜建立良好的關係
  • Manage and ensure the availability of service equipment and accessories, establish a good relationship with potential joint venture partners.
  • 領導團隊執行營運計劃、預算方案、遵守規章制度以及各項運作程式,監督員工表現
  • Lead team to execute operation plan, budget plan, compliance with rules and regulations, and various operation procedures.

Remarks: Identified employees with at least 1 year of service under Koufu Macau employment has the opportunity to undergo a training attachment in Singapore (up to 3 months).
