SERVICE MANAGER / MANAGEMENT TRAINEE營運助理/管理培訓生

職位要求Job requirements:
 
  • 學士學位或同等學歷
  • Diploma or above
  • 至少具備2年餐廳管理經驗
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the food and beverage sector (Fresh diploma graduates can be considered for Management Trainee position.)
  • 良好的中英文書寫和口語能力,熟悉MS Office軟件操作
  • Good command in writing and speaking English, Cantonese and Chinese, Proficient in MS Office .
  • 精通成本控制、市場營銷和衛生管理
  • Pro-active and service-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills,
  • 服務意識強，具有良好的溝通和人際交往能力，能承受較大的工作壓力;具有較強的分析能力及問題解決能力

主要職責Responsibilities：

  • 監督及指導員工日常運作, 人手調動安排及跟進設施維護
  • To assist the Foodcourt Manager to supervise and guide daily operation of food court, staff performance and facility maintenance.
  • 處理顧客投訴並及時通報反饋,與公司內外各部門溝通及合作，使運作順暢
  • Respond proactively to resolve all customer service situations, tenants’ issues and identify lapse of outlet’s services.妥善管理、確保所有服務設備和附件的可用性，與潛在的合資夥伴，商業和運營事宜建立良好的關係
