Job Responsibilities: • Implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the Company's objectives; • Conduct market research to keep up-to-date with the latest compensation and benefits trends to assist the Company’s competitive positioning; • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs; guide subordinates to ensure the smooth operations of related activities; • Maintain relationships with external vendors/ service providers to negotiate the most appropriate compensation and benefits programs and to ensure quality delivery; • Ensure all the related programs and procedures comply with relevant company policies and regulations; • Conduct presentations and meetings to explain benefits to employees; • Assist with the monthly payroll; • Assist to resolve employee relations issues and address grievances; • Prepare budgets and reports, as well as handle projects as and when required. Requirements and Qualifications: • Bachelor degree holder in HR Management or other related discipline; • At least 6 years of experience in HR role of which minimum 3 years of experience as a compensation and benefits supervisor/ assistant manager or a related role; • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, procedures and applicable regulations; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills; • Proficiency in MS Office; • Highly proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
