Customer Service Representative – Tagalog Speakers Wanted

Job Duties:

Respond to inquiries from clients (employers) and domestic helpers via phone or email promptly.
Handle complaints professionally by providing solutions within deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions for future reference.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a pleasant demeanor.
Fluency in English and Tagalog is a MUST; Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while multitasking effectively.

Work Hours & Benefits

Work Hours: 6 days a week (specific schedule to be discussed).

Salary: MOP 12,000–16,000 (Basic Salary + Bonus)
