Recruitment Consultant – Tagalog Speakers Wanted

Job Duties:

Build relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and goals.
Research candidates using various channels (social media, databases).
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications for specific roles.
Prepare detailed candidate profiles for client review.
Advise clients on labor market trends and salary benchmarks.

Requirements:

High-school graduate is minimum.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and Tagalog is a MUST; Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

Work Hours & Benefits

Work Hours: 6 days a week (specific schedule to be discussed).

Salary: MOP 12,000–16,000 (Basic Salary + Bonus)
