Job Description:
This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and troubleshooting network issues. A deep understanding of network architecture, server and database management, cloud services, and cybersecurity is essential.

- Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
- Ensuring network security and troubleshooting network issues.
- Monitor system security and integrity.
- Ensure adequate system backup is conducted and maintained.
- Ensure data security and performance, verify, and store timely backups.
- Develop and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, both at the hotel and corporate levels.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and maintenance.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in IT application support, experience in hotel is an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of supporting VMWare, Veeam, Active Directory, NPS-Radius, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, network & security.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are an advantage.
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MYSQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, ability to work under pressure and good interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Macau ID holder only.
