協助策劃與管理企業活動、展覽及品牌推廣項目。此職位將與客戶、供應商及內部團隊緊密合作，確保每一場活動從構思到落地都能達到卓越標準，提升品牌影響力與參與體驗。

📌 工作內容：

協助企業活動、展覽及推廣項目的整體策劃與執行
與客戶溝通需求，制定活動方案、時間表及預算
協調場地、供應商、設計、搭建、物流等資源
管理項目進度，確保各環節按時完成並符合品質標準
現場監督活動執行，處理突發狀況，確保活動順利進行
撰寫活動報告與項目總結，提供改進建議
與政府部門及場地方溝通，辦理相關申請與審批

✅ 職位要求：

本科或以上學歷，市場營銷、公共關係、商業管理、酒店與旅遊管理等相關專業優先
1 年活動策劃或會展項目管理經驗，具備企業活動及展覽操作背景者優先
熟悉澳門本地場地資源與活動審批流程
具備良好粵語、普通話及英文溝通能力
具備優秀的溝通、協調與危機處理能力
能獨立制定預算並有效控管成本
具備創意思維與品牌理解力，能提出具吸引力的活動方案

🎯 Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event & Exhibition Project Executive to lead the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and brand activation projects. This role requires close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-impact experiences that elevate brand presence and audience engagement.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
Liaise with clients to understand objectives and develop tailored event proposals, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with venues, suppliers, designers, contractors, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery
Manage project schedules and ensure all milestones are met with high quality standards
Oversee on-site operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth event execution
Prepare post-event reports and project evaluations with actionable insights
Handle government applications, venue permits, and compliance documentation

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields
1 year of experience in event planning or exhibition project management, preferably in corporate settings
Familiarity with Macau’s venue landscape and local approval procedures
Strong communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and crisis management abilities
Budget planning and cost control experience
Creative mindset with strong brand awareness and proposal writing skills
Willingness to work flexible and travel as needed
