To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Senior Clerk (Cosmetics Department)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the administration and coordination of cosmetics retail operations, including brand support, promotional activities and operational liaison
• Review and coordinate online and offline marketing materials, KOL content, and visual merchandising (VM) plans
• Provide operational support for e-commerce activities, including handling customer enquiries and after-sales services
• Maintain and administer POS system data, including data uploads, price amendments, coupon applications and stocktaking reports
• Handle counter administration and brand onboarding procedures, including the preparation of brand contract documentation
• Coordinate counter maintenance and administrative support functions, including repair arrangements and cost verification

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 1year relevant experience in retail development and operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
