To oversee the architectural integrity, structural safety, and maintenance of a mixed portfolio of rental and heritage-protected properties owned by Heep Wo Investment Company in Macau, ensuring compliance with local regulations and preservation standards.

Key Responsibilities
[1] Conduct regular inspections of building structures, façades, and internal systems.
[2] Identify and prioritize structural repairs, restoration, and preventive maintenance works.
[3] Liaise with government departments on heritage compliance and approvals.
[4] Monitor contractor, service providers (cleaning, security, technical)
performance and quality of works and to maintain detailed records of building conditions and works performed.
[5] Collaborate with architects and engineers on project planning.
[6] Prepare technical documentation for government submissions.
[7] Advise management on capital expenditure/operating expenditure planning and budgeting.
[8] Attend tenants’ and/or governing authorities’ meetings and represent company interests.
[9] Ensure fire safety protocols and annual drills are conducted.
[10] Support tenancy-related technical issues and coordinate resolutions and tenant onboarding with technical input

Requirements
[1] Diploma or above in Architecture, Building Surveying, or related field.
[2] 3+ years’ experience in property or facility management
[3] Familiarity with applicable building codes and regulations of Macau
[4] Experience with Macau’s cultural heritage building regulations, a strong advantage.
[5] Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
[6] Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
