Sales Executive – Tagalog Speakers Wanted

As a Sales Executive at Andie Agency Limited, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by connecting clients with our services. Your responsibilities include:

Job Duties:

Generate leads through networking events or direct outreach methods.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with sources to encourage repeat business.
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.

Skills:

Fluency in Tagalog and English is required; knowledge of　Cantonese/Mandarin is a bonus.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Personality Traits:

Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally while maintaining motivation.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
Results-driven with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Hours & Benefits

Work Hours: 6 days a week (specific schedule to be discussed).

Salary: MOP 12,000–16,000 (Basic Salary + Bonus)
