• Be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the assigned cluster Macau sales strategy through the provision of leadership and direction to the sales team.
• Formulate sales strategy for the team / business unit, make sure it is consistent to marketing objectives & strategy and closely monitor the effectiveness of it.
• Achieve sales target of assigned products.
• Stay close with the market and alert what competitors and doing. Monitor and analyze external environment to identify business opportunities.
• Use internal data and market intelligence for analyze and formulate sales plan & strategy. Regular review of the plan & strategy is also needed.
• Determine and assign resources (both budget and manpower) to territories for optimal sales performance and effectiveness of supervision.
• Ensure application of Customer focus selling in the sales force.
• Lead regular meeting and regular join call with sales force to monitor their quality and sales effectiveness. Ensure sales force are delivering right product messages and sales strategy as per relevant marketing plan.
• Continuous tracking monitoring and evaluation of the achievement of sales plans and programs.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with key opinion leaders and medical professionals. Educate, influence and gain their support on products.
• Share with marketing personnel the volatile market situations, market intelligence and advise them on resources allocation to ensure maximum return.
• Identify team member’s training and development needs and help them to formulate improvement plan in terms of business effectiveness and personal growth.
• Motivate team members to achieve / exceed their sales target. Provide coaching and guidance to team members and help them solve difficulties in daily work.
• Align, evaluate, and provide timely feedback on performance to subordinates.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Pharmacy or science related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years' proven sales experience within Pharmacy industry with at least 3 years' management experience; experience in Macau healthcare industry will be advantages.
• Sensitive to market trend/ practice of pharmaceutical industry.
• Good time management, communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Demonstration of strong team-working, especially in a matrix environment.
• Good Persuasive ability and planning & organizing skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Integrity and honesty.
• Sales Force management experience is essential.
