Jardine Schindler Lifts (Macao) is wholly owned by Jardine Schindler Group, a Joint Venture between Jardine Matheson, one of Asia's foremost trading houses and Schindler Group of Switzerland, Europe's premier lift and escalator company. We design, install, maintain and modernize any types of lift, escalator or passenger conveyor in South East Asia and Hong Kong.

We are now looking for a suitable candidate for the following position:

Diploma or above students are welcome to apply

Job Duties

Provide support and give input on contractual review and analysis on tender documents and the subsequent tender queries/addendums to highlight and avoid unacceptable terms & conditions
Assist to review Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or contract documents, under the guidance and supervision of Commercial Manager
Assist to provide contractual support on contractual and commercial issues during the running of contracts
Process applications or requests for payment and follow up appropriate certificates and actual payment. Coordinate with Project team to prepare necessary supporting documents to facilitate timely payment application and certification
Assist the Commercial Manager on negotiation and agreement of variation orders and contractual claims until the closure of final accounts and collection of final payments
Any other QS duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction / Civil Engineering / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
Self-motivated and independent
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good Knowledge in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Macau ID holder is a must
