Scope

• Management of engineers for routine maintenance and improvement works for company’s properties;
• Prepare correspondence and draft communications on Manager’s behalf for building services matters;
• Initiate and manage upstream schedule for building services subcontracts and building services designs;
• Audit the building services subcontractors for validation by project management;
• Prepare or review building services budgets based on the project scope.

• Bachelor or Master degree holder in Building Services Engineering;
• Qualified Institution Membership is preferable;
• At least 12 years relevant experience;
• All-round knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronics as well as plumbing and drainage works;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Knowledge of MS office.
