Responsibility: • Take part in the diagnosis, investigation, and creation of solutions for issues in marketing and gaming systems. • Assist the operating, marketing, and gaming teams in delivering high-quality work on schedule. • Have good communication with users, service personnel, and system providers. • Ensure a stable system environment for marketing and gaming systems by seeing and fixing any issues and having the ability to diagnose issues quickly and precisely. • Take part in meetings to discuss matters or make requests from business divisions. • Ensure effective ongoing support for designated gaming and marketing systems for business continuity. • Keep track of gaming and marketing systems to detect deficiencies and provide support. • React promptly and effectively to service requests, with the requirement to be available for ad hoc shift duties. • Assure maximum uptime and performance of designated gaming and marketing systems to retain user confidence; • Make sure policies and procedures are documented for systems and support functions; • Adhere to IS&T practices and procedures for technical troubleshooting. • Conduct system tests to guarantee that high-quality goods are produced and satisfy customers. • Guide junior employees in their pursuit of developing their skill sets and domain expertise. Requirement • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area of study • 3+ years relevant experience in Casino industry in a system support role; • Working experience supporting PMS, POS, and ERP systems; • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); • Strong technical skills in operating system administration, network administration, database administration, and software application installation and configuration. • Strong understanding of business functional processes and the ability to successfully connect with business users; • Solid working knowledge of the processes and procedures that will be used and how they relate to the operation of IT Systems • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the capacity to build strong working relationships with both internal and external parties at all levels; • A dynamic and gregarious personality with outstanding communication and negotiation skills; • The capacity to prioritize project tasks and resolve conflicts; • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (Cantonese) 有意應徵者可將個人簡歷、個人身份證副本、相片及相關證明證書電郵至hr@winson-group.com 薪金待遇面議,合則約見。所收集之個人資料將保密僅作招聘用途。
