調酒師 Bartender

崗位職責：
- 為賓客介紹飲品款式，並提出專業的建議；
- 為每位賓客提供優質的產品及服務，根據賓客的要求為其準備飲品，包括紅酒、雞尾酒、烈酒和非酒精飲品；
- 制定&設計每月及每季的飲品餐單；
- 保持酒吧及所有硬件設備的清潔整齊；
- 須作出倉存管理及控制每日存貨；

職位要求：
- 具最少2年於酒店或餐吧從事客戶服務和相關服務工作經驗（需提供相關證明的正本核實）；
- 熟悉各類飲品製作、吧台運作及服務流程；
- 具簡單現金處理及POS機操作經驗；
- 中學畢業或以上程度；
- 能流利廣東話、普通話或英文優先考慮；
- 可接受夜班或兩班制

Responsibilities:
- Introduce beverages to guests and make recommendations;
- Deliver high quality products and services to every guest; prepare and server beverages for guests, including wine, cocktails, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks
- Develop monthly and seasonal drinks menus
- Regularly clean and tidy the bar and equipment
- Maintain stock levels and control daily inventory

Requirements:
- 2 years+ experience of customer servicing guests and working as a bartender in a hotel or restaurant
- Solid understanding of beverages preparation method, bar operations and service SOP;
- Cash handling and knowledge of POS Software
- Secondary school diploma or above
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin or English is preferred
- Night work or shift work is acceptable
