Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, development teams and management teams/key users within the business.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Assess project risks, issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Strong leadership and relationship skills, with an ability to build good relationship with stakeholders.
• Hardware and software installation & configuration as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information System or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience in IT project management
• Previous experience in Point-of-Sales (POS) systems or hotel industry related systems would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Occasionally shift duties and work during holiday with special allowance or compensatory leave.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
