Sime Darby Motors has a presence in 9 markets across the Asia Pacific region. In Hong Kong and Macau, we are dedicated to providing high quality products and excellent aftersales services. We are the exclusive distributor and retailer for established brands such as BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce, Suzuki, Peugeot and Mitsubishi. In the commercial vehicle segment, we also own the exclusive distributorship for Mitsubishi Fuso trucks and buses as well as JAC trucks. We provide excellent aftersales service in Hong Kong and Macau through fully equipped sevice centres across the region. Besides, we are the sole agent of automotive sales and after sale service for Denso Products.


The Program

This program is designed to develop high potential talents into future business leaders in the automotive industry. During the 12-month program, you will gain in-depth understanding of the motor business through diverse vocational training rotations in different departments of our business units in Macau. You will acquire job-related skills through invaluable hands-on exposure and work alongside with senior managers to shape and drive the business forward.


Where Does This Lead Me To?

Upon completion of the program, you will start your career in one specialized area (Sales / Aftersales / Marketing, etc.). To continue nurturing out MT graduates, you will work alongside with top management and working with cross-discipline to help you developing understanding and insights to the ever-changing landscape of the automotive industry, designations to other job functions or business segments will be highly regarded and possible.

• Fresh or recent Bacholor's Degree graduates (or higher) in Business, Engineering, Economics OR related subjects, with maximum 2 years of work experience
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Putonghua is a plus)
