1. Onsite to explain and promote Red By Dufry loyalty program to potential customers, to promote positive image and drive number of membership and excellent membership service to achieve our group goals 2. Handling in-store loyalty and member enquiries and feedback including member recruitment, member promotions, member sales etc, via possible communication channels, e.g. face-to-face , social media and emails etc in professional manner 3. Provide concierge services and supports in VIP loyalty activities, i.e. Greeting member, pre-ordering service support, personalized member shopping service and exclusive VIP events, gifts redemptions etc. 4. Provide update and latest promotion information to VIP customers 5. Collect customer feedback and VIP opinion to improve current workflows and suggest ways to enhance member experience 6. Routine administration and reporting clerical support to ensure the quality of performance up to company guideline and standard 7. Ensure instore membership program communication is clear and proper to facilitate the explanation and promotion of the program to the customers 8. Ad hoc loyalty related support as required
