Responsibilities:

• Screen and arrange interview with potential candidates, follow-up on the recruitment process, deliver job offer and complete other related documents.
• Responsible for the onboard, probation, exit, movement process of employee.
• Follow-up on non-skilled labor procedure, including application, renewal, cancellation procedure.
• Assist in preparing activities materials and coordination of activities.
• Verify staff attendance and maintain accurate records of leaves.
• To maintain and ensure the accuracy of the updated staff record in system.
• Maintain payroll records and process payroll.
• Organizing human resources and administrative related documents.
• Perform duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years relevant HR work experience.
• Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate with employees at different levels.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented positive working attitude.
• Fluent written English and spoken Mandarin.
• Macau ID holder.
• Working day: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm.
