• Maintain high service standards within VIP areas
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to at all times
Requirements:
• Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or gaming industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, mature, and service-oriented personality
• Able to work flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Language:
• Conversational Mandarin/Cantonese, basic English
