Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Manager at TCS John Huxley, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, manufacturing, and sales, to drive projects from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall project for larger sales orders for system product installations
• Plan and implement projects successfully, on budget, on time and with a high level of customer satisfaction
• Reporting & Documentation with all stakeholders for all stages in the project including project deliverables, milestone documents, progress reports, signoff documents, budgets, costing, resource expenses, project expenses, etc.
• Being the lead contact between development and the end user for all communication, requirements, requests, questions, meetings, project teams
• Manage all project timelines, budgets, reporting, status updates, change requests, user & training documentation, issue reports, etc.
• Risk management with all project stakeholders including risk identification/management/reporting, mitigations, communication plans, etc.
• Be a key resource for customer sales presentations & product demonstrations for TCS system products
• Work with customers to identify all the functional requirements for system projects
• Project manage all TCS products to ensure all the correct requirements are recorded and signed off before submitting to the production and technical teams for build
• Produce all project related documents for projects including project plan, installation, resource and training plans, etc.
• Manage all SOW(Statement of Work) projects from start to finish
• Assist with all functional testing on system products where required
• Be a key resource in authoring and maintaining user documentation & guides for TCS system products
• Work with development to ensure all function requests & SOWs are developed and functionally tested as per the SOW and meet the customer requirements

Qualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or in Gaming Industry
• Proven experience as a Project Management or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
