Job Descriptions:
- Oversees Printing Department in Macau and China, monitoring department work schedules, ensure safety use of layout printers and heat press.
- Plan regular maintenance schedule for all facilities, keep track of the stock level, assist with inventory count, ensure adequate inventory level to cope with all customer orders.
- Regularly communicate externally and internally by giving professional advice on layout artwork designs, material suggestions, deadlines to Sales team and customers.
- Customer focus, strong attention to detail, anticipating and providing solutions to client needs, with high degree of client satisfaction.
- Managing multiple projects and effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables.
- Reduce rework and costs associated with the client’s pre-press/print supply chains.
- - Be familiar with the different types of gaming tables used in casino or gaming environments, such as Baccarat tables, roulette tables, etc.
- Be capable of modifying, editing, and manipulating artwork to meet specific requirements or design needs.


Job Requirements:
- 5+ years progressive printing industry experience, higher diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin and English will be an advantage.
- Color management expertise and solid understanding of cloth/layout printing.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization, as well as external clients with excellent communication skills.
- Work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Capable to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
- Familiarity with printing technologies, processes, and heat press machines.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition principles is a must.
- Excellent artwork design skills and assess fabric layout quality.
- Occasionally travel to China for business purposes is necessary.
