The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) is currently looking to fill the following vacancy in the Technology and Facilities Office (TFO):

Facilities and Logistics Technician (Ref. No.: USJ26TFO-002)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment throughout campuses;
2. Perform maintenance and repair tasks on FF&E, carpentry, painting and construction works;
3. Perform maintenance on electrical and mechanical works;
4. Maintain up-to-date stock list of spare parts and tools on hand;
5. Ensure all repair works comply with safety standards;
6. Collaborate with vendors and communicate effectively to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow;
7. Carry, load and move furniture, materials and equipment as required.

Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred;
2. Self-Motivated with problem-solving attitude and able to work independently;
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs;
4. Valid driver’s license;
5. Diplomas and certifications in a relevant field are preferred;
6. Able to work on flexible schedule;
7. Macao ID holder.

5. 持有相關行業之文憑及認證優先；
6. 能配合彈性工作時間；
7. 持澳門居民身份證。
