Scope

• Understand clients' travel needs and preferences;
• Create customised travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities;
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, and transportation;
• Provide ongoing support and advice before, during, and after travel;
• Stay informed about travel destinations, trends, and regulations;
• Address any issues that arise during the travel process.

• Preferably with a Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or a related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Travel agency;
• Possess a ticketing certificate recognised by Abacus or Amadeus systems, preferably;
• Hands-on experience in hotel reservation and ticketing skills;
• Hands-on experience in applying for national travel visas;
• Proficient in PC operation with Chinese word processing;
• Good command of Chinese and English skills;
• Prepare tour itinerary, quotation and travel documentation accurately;
• Contact and make reservations with local/overseas suppliers;
• Fluent in Cantonese, general English, and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
