Public Relations Manager

 🗂️ Key Responsibilities

-Independently manage client reception and public relations activities in Hong Kong and Macau
-Plan, coordinate, and execute clients’ full itineraries, including:
* Dining and catering arrangements
* Accommodation bookings
* Transportation and logistics
* Business meetings and official receptions
* Leisure, entertainment, and cultural activities
-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional, courteous, and efficient communication
-Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of all arrangements
-Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues to maintain a high standard of service
-Maintain a polished brand image and ensure all client interactions reflect professionalism and quality

👤 Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Fluent in Chinese & English
* Must have Hong Kong nationality / permanent residency
* Strong familiarity with the Hong Kong and Macau environments, including business, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors
* Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
* High adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong service awareness with attention to detail and client satisfaction

🗂️ 主要职责

- 独立管理香港及澳门的客户接待和公共关系活动

- 策划、协调并执行客户的全部行程安排,包括:

* 餐饮安排

* 住宿预订

* 交通及后勤安排

* 商务会议及官方招待会

* 休闲、娱乐及文化活动

- 作为客户的主要联系人,确保专业、礼貌、高效的沟通

- 与内部团队及外部合作伙伴协调,确保所有安排顺利执行

- 预判客户需求并积极解决问题,以维持高标准的服务

- 维护良好的品牌形象,确保所有客户互动均体现专业性和高品质

👤 应聘要求

* 本科及以上学历

* 中英文流利

* 必须持有香港国籍/永久居留权

* 熟悉香港及澳门的商业、酒店及生活方式等行业环境

* 优秀的沟通、协调及人际交往能力

* 适应能力强,能够同时处理多项任务快节奏的工作环境

* 具备较强的服务意识,注重细节,以客户满意度为重
