Accounts Clerk / Assistant Accountant (AR)

Job Responsibilities：

Oversee and maintain the integrity of the accounts receivable ledger.
Prepare and issue accurate monthly invoices and statements to clients.
Conduct thorough reconciliations of store collections with bank deposits.
Ensure timely and efficient collection of outstanding payments.
Accurately enter all accounts receivable-related accounting entries into the accounting system.
Collaborate proactively with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Generate comprehensive accounts receivable reports for management review.
Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and communications with clients.
Assist in organizing relevant documentation as required by supervisors.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree is required; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
Prior experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical thinker with effective investigative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
