We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Performance Management Manager Key Accountabilities / Impact on Business • Plan, prepare and monitor the overall business performance in RBW including financial MI (FRP, monthly forecast submission, on the ground financial related submission, etc) and cost control monitoring activities. • Support and plan the implementation of staff incentive framework • Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.• Build and maintain awareness and accountability for overall business performance in RBW • Be open, dependable and connected to ensure the alignment with stakeholders to deliver business strategies and objectives. • Work collaboratively and communicating persuasively, emphasizing teamwork, diversity and knowledge sharing with working parties. • Support to implement operational and process re-engineering and enhancement initiatives • Contribute to effective product management per Group strategy to drive efficiency Job requirements: • The job holder must be innovative, self-motivated and a critical thinker. He/she should have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability think and react quickly and positively when facing unusual situations.
