• Polytechnic Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field;
• Solid experience of Debit/Credit Card System and Core Banking System;
• Solid development skills of RPG ILE and COBOL on an AS400 environment;
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge and experience on banking application software development, system integration, and support;
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the business and user requirements to design, enhance and develop related banking applications to fit the business needs;
• Analyze the user feedback and system performance after implementation to ensure solution quality and effectiveness;
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues of existing banking systems and applications;
• Work collaboratively with the Project Manager, other System Analysts and programmers to ensure successful project delivery;
• Perform system unit tests and system integration tests, and assist in user acceptance testing;
• Prepare and update technical specifications, system documentation, and operational manuals;
• Prepare system deployment planning and related rollout activities;
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer for newly implemented or enhanced systems.
