Digital Marketing Executive

 Applicants must hold a Macau ID due to work permit restriction.

About The Role

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in shaping and elevating the digital presence of Four Seasons. This position leads owned social media, paid media execution, and digital performance, while supporting PR initiatives across the hotel’s luxury offerings. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful campaigns across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa, ensuring all digital touchpoints reflect Four Seasons’ brand standards and drive measurable results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of all owned social media channels, including the main property account and outlets platforms.
  • Create and produce high-quality, social-first content (Reels, Stories, photography, video) that reflects Four Seasons’ luxury positioning and drives engagement.
  • Plan, brief and manage professional photo and video shoots in collaboration with internal teams and external creative partners.
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns to support key business periods, promotions and brand initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and optimize targeting, budget allocation, translate performance data into actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Drive performance across all digital touchpoints including website, SEO, CRM and paid channels, continuously monitor and optimize key KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion and revenue contribution.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with marketing priorities.
  • Ensure all digital content strictly adheres to Four Seasons brand standards, including visual identity and tone of voice. Act as the final reviewer for all content before publication, maintaining a consistent luxury brand experience.
  • Monitor online reviews and guest feedback across key platforms, coordinating timely and brand-appropriate responses. Protect and elevate brand perception across all digital touchpoints.
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with the brand. Maintain an up-to-date influencer database and digital asset library to support ongoing campaigns
  • Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Strong expertise in social media management and paid media execution.
  • Proven skills in photography and video content creation with a strong visual eye.
  • Familiarity with creative tools and content production workflows.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented and commercially minded.
  • Adaptable, proactive and passionate about luxury brand excellence.
