Responsibilities
  • Manage clients' wealth investment portfolio by providing value-added advice and recommendation to support clients' financial ambitions
  • Identify and capture business opportunities and nurture long term relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Deliver end-to-end wealth management services, including needs assessments, solution recommendations, application fulfilment, and ongoing client support
  • Engage in joint servicing or meetings with clients in addressing their financial needs, and participate in client events as required
  • Establish effective working relationships with Relationship Managers to ensure a consistent, outstanding service experience for all clients
  • Provide coaching and training to Relationship Managers on investment services and managing investment portfolio of clients
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture by facilitating quality business referrals and sharing product knowledge
  • Maintain a high level of compliance guidelines and procedures and ensure sales activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meet internal standards and procedures
  • Stay abreast of updated regulations, market trends, and product innovations provide clients with comprehensive and up-to-date financial solutions

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with proven track record
  • Pass the HKSI Licensing Examination and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
  • Professional qualification as CFA or CFP is a plus
  • Good market sense and extensive knowledge on various investment products
  • Committed with sales character and demonstrated exceptional communication and presentation skill
  • Energetic and outgoing with enthusiasm in achieving business goals
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is required
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint presentation
