Responsibility: • Maintain the food hygiene and food safety standard for F&B of Galaxy Macau. • Ensure kitchen operation is working according to the QA related procedure and documents. • Ensure all the HACCP related records, such as temperature records, chemicals checking records, are correctly filled in. • Plan and collect in-house samples • Conduct training to all food handling staff regarding basic hygiene rules and stream food hygiene system, and health and safety to all related parties. • Conduct health and safety inspection to improve the workplace safety. • Support the QA Team for internal hygiene checking system and operation Requirement: • With minimum 2 years’ working experience in hospitability industry or related experience • With solid experience in establishment of Food safety/Quality systems in a sized catering company • With Food Science qualification or related disciplines • Good communication skills and a good team player • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
