  • 新八佰伴成立於一九九七年,前身為日本八佰伴集團所擁有之八佰伴日式百貨公司,其後由澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之Panda Sociedade de Gestao de Investimentos Limitada 所收購並於一九九七年底將其重新命名為新八佰伴。自此本公司之貨品種類擴展至世界各地之高級產品。

    新八佰伴大樓位於澳門蘇亞利斯博士大馬路90號,於2008年8月8日正式啟用,只需步行幾分鐘即可到達商業區的中心地帶。新八佰伴共分十層,並附設一個220個車位的地庫停車場,擁有員工約一千人。各層主題鮮明,包括化妝品、男女時裝、皮鞋、手袋、童裝、家庭用品、電器、美食廣場及超級市場等等,種類包羅萬有。除此之外,新八佰伴不單在百貨公司內經營,還在路氹經營不同品牌的零售店,如濠尚、上葡京等。

Assistant Training Manager

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Assistant Training Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct training needs analyses, formulate and review of training policy and programs
  • Develop, Design and deliver the training programs or projects for all levels of staff according to the training schedule
  • Formulate the training strategies, annual training plan and budgets
  • Prepare and consolidate statistical report and feedback surveys of the training programs
  • Develop, organize and maintain an updated database on training programs, manuals and related records
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties in executing training initiatives
  • Measure and evaluate the training results and effectiveness and recommend program changes to enhance staff performance in achieving the goals of the organization
  • Conduct shop visits and coaching to frontline staff
  • Take part in ad-hoc projects assigned by the top management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Management or related discipline
  • Working experience in retail industry is a must
  • Holder of other professional training qualifications is definitely advantageous
  • At least 8 years relevant working experience in Training and Development with minimum 5 years in supervisory position
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Internal consulting approach, with the ability to guide needs analysis and understand business needs across different units and multiple stakeholders
  • Attention to details, self-motivated, and independent with excellent interpersonal skills in working with all levels of staff
  • Good time management and project management skills in completing multiple tasks within tight deadline
  • Good communication in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
