  • 新八佰伴成立於一九九七年,前身為日本八佰伴集團所擁有之八佰伴日式百貨公司,其後由澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之Panda Sociedade de Gestao de Investimentos Limitada 所收購並於一九九七年底將其重新命名為新八佰伴。自此本公司之貨品種類擴展至世界各地之高級產品。

    新八佰伴大樓位於澳門蘇亞利斯博士大馬路90號,於2008年8月8日正式啟用,只需步行幾分鐘即可到達商業區的中心地帶。新八佰伴共分十層,並附設一個220個車位的地庫停車場,擁有員工約一千人。各層主題鮮明,包括化妝品、男女時裝、皮鞋、手袋、童裝、家庭用品、電器、美食廣場及超級市場等等,種類包羅萬有。除此之外,新八佰伴不單在百貨公司內經營,還在路氹經營不同品牌的零售店,如濠尚、上葡京等。

Accounting Clerk (Accounts Receivable)

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Accounting Clerk (Accounts Receivable)

Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry, document filing and preparing debit/credit notes and vouchers, handling refunds
  • Prepare daily POS sales reconciliation with bank accounts, report and follow up discrepancies
  • Prepare bank reconciliation for all receipts transactions and all receipt journals
  • Prepare monthly statements and AR aging report
  • Resolve account receivables issues proactively and maintain professional working relationship with internal and external parties
  • Review and process petty cash reimbursement to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures
  • Work closely with Headquarters Finance Team to ensure all payments are processed in compliance with the policies and procedures
  • Assist with the financial closing and prepare month-end reconciliations and schedules
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis on routine and/or ad-hoc basis to meet the requirement of the management
  • Participate in stock take in stores and warehouses
  • Assist with any ad-hoc assignments and system implementation

**Candidate with more experience will be considered for a higher position

Requirements :

  • Diploma holder or above in Finance, Business or related disciplines
  • 2+ years’ experience in the Accounts Receivable field, experience in retail industry will be an advantage
  • Hands on experience in ERP system, preferably Oracle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup, Pivot & Functions)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Detail-minded with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Self-motivated, positive and a good team player
  • Able to work extended hours
