HR & Admin Officer / Senior HR & Admin Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including posting job advertisements, onboarding, contract preparation, probation, and offboarding
• Assist in labor quota applications, renewals and maintenance
• Manage monthly payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave administration with high accuracy
• Handle the change of status and cost allocation
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee databases and physical personnel files
• Manage in group medical insurance and pension fund enrollment and maintenance
• Provide comprehensive administrative support
• Coordinate with couriers, staff claims, phone list, business name card and answer calls
• Coordinate with vendors, including printer services, door access, hotline adjustment and medical check invoice
• Assist in Licenses enrollment and maintenance
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2 - 5 years relevant experience in sizable organization
• Well-versed in Macau Labour Law
• Proficient in PC applications, including Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player, responsible, detail-minded and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skill with all levels
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidates with higher qualifications and more experience will be offered a higher position
