Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development officer/Marketing officer to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, preparing business proposals, and supporting tender submissions. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, preparing professional presentations, and ensuring all documentation and contracts are handled with precision. Responsibilities: • To assist the head of property management in the collaboration of proposals and marketing materials for the property management business. • Assist in developing and executing marketing and business development strategies for property management projects. • To be responsible for the preparation of the budget and writing materials including proposals and presentations. • Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with submission requirements. • Conduct market research and identify potential clients or partnership opportunities. • Coordinate and follow up on client communications and business leads. • Support management in preparing and reviewing contract documents, quotations, and related administrative materials. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and operational goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field. • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or tendering (preferably in property management or facility services). • Strong understanding of tendering processes and contract documentation. • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — ability to prepare professional proposals and presentations. • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and property management marketing or business tendering is preferred. • Macau I.D. holder is required We offer attractive remuneration packages and excellent prospects for the right candidate.
