Senior Human Resources Officer Responsibilities • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements; • Develop and implement strategies to identify, attract, and recruit talent, which include screening and evaluating candidates; • Well-versed in employment legislation and procedures; • Oversee the entire employee work cycle, from onboarding to offboarding; • Support HR daily operations & perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor. Requirements • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related discipline; • A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in sizeable organizations; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
