Traffic Officer (Working Location : Taipa)

The Sino Macau Business Aviation Center Limited (SMBAC) is the exclusive ground handling agent for business and general aviation at Macau International Airport. To facilitate the arrival and departure of aircraft, passengers and crews with the greatest comfort, we provide on-site Customs, Immigration and Security services, as well as luxurious VIP lounge and crew rest facilities.

We would like to now invite high caliber individuals to fill the following position.

Traffic Officer (Working Location : Taipa)

Responsibilities:

To provide premier services to our private jet passengers
To coordinate with private jet handlers / operators regarding flight movements and customer needs

Requirements:

Secondary school or above
Minimum one year of work experience in customer services field is preferred
Experience in aviation is a definite advantage
Proficient command of English & Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin preferable
Hold valid Macau driving license
PC knowledge is necessary
Shift duty and outdoor work are required
Initiative, good problem solving and communication skill
