Key Responsibilities: • Provide full spectrum of HR & administrative support including recruitment and foreign labor quota application. • Contract database and customer agreement management. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries, source reliable goods/services supply, issues purchase orders and order confirmation follow up. • Source reliable goods/service supply and monitor the progress of purchase orders. • Provide administrative support to Management and resolved administrative enquiries. • Booking travel plans and processing expenses claims. • To assist in coordinating company events and trade exhibitions. Qualifications and Experience: • University Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines. • 1 year of related working experience. • Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with excellent organization skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
