Assistant Team Leader - customer service

What You Will Be Doing
 
  1. Provide effective solutions to enquiries/ complaints escalated from CS frontline staff within a predefined time frame in a professional manner
  2. Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  3. Attend training sessions frequently to improve knowledge and cascade the information to team members.
  4. Ensure compliance with company standards
  5. Communicate job expectations and coach team-members
  6. Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures, etc
  7. Working Location: Macao

Who is our Right Fit

  1. Macau ID Holder
  2. Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years’ call center / E-commerce experience
  3. Minimum 2 years at supervisory level (candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer)
  4. Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  5. Proficiency in Chinese word processing & MS Office
  6. Decent written and verbal ways of responding
  7. Proactive, analytical, independent, service-oriented and possess good communication and negotiation skills
  8. Excellent service manner, self-motivated, detailed-minded and willing to work under pressure
