RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Onboarding & Support – Guide and assists clients with general accountrelated enquiries including but not limited to account registration, platform onboarding, and key platform features.

Client Relationship & Engagement - Act as the primary point of contact for client and proactively engage clients through live chat, email and alternative messaging platforms.

Customer Retention & Success - Monitor client engagement and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Proactively reach out to inactive or disengaged clients to understand their concerns and encourage re-engagement.

Account Management - Develop a deep understanding of our products and keep customers updated on new features and enhancements. Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer success, customer service, client relationship management, account management, sales support, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written Chinese & English. Any other language (s) is an added advantage.
• Open to Relocation – Malaysia / Taiwan.
