Cartier - Boutique Assistant (1-year contract)

 MAIN PURPOSE
Boutique Assistant is responsible for the welcoming of clients and ensure that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. This role will also assist the sales team during a sale and participate to daily boutique operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Client Service
 Deliver an exceptional welcome to the client upon the start of their Cartier journey and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout their visit
 Manage the queue in an efficient manner with qualitative services
 Assist the sales team with various activities to facilitate seamless client experiences including preparation, client experience & treatment, and packaging preparation (e.g. gathering sales accessories, gift wrapping, beverage service, farewell) as needed
 Assist the sales team and management team on the execution of clienteling activities (e.g. gift cards preparation)

2) Daily Operational Support
 Ensure the overall boutique environment is impeccable
 Check daily the cleaning of counters, displays, and windows
 Handle the daily replenishment and ordering of supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, client beverages as necessary to ensure smooth operations
 Assist discreetly with various tasks during a sale
 Handling of regular uniform cleaning
 Assist with special projects as needed

3) Be a Maison Ambassador
 Uphold the Cartier standards with ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance and manner, and demeanor
 Comply with all Group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines


Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus;
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin with good command in spoken English;
- Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends & Public holidays);
- Must be able to stand all day;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill is required;
- Strong attention to details with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision;
