  • 新八佰伴成立於一九九七年,前身為日本八佰伴集團所擁有之八佰伴日式百貨公司,其後由澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之Panda Sociedade de Gestao de Investimentos Limitada 所收購並於一九九七年底將其重新命名為新八佰伴。自此本公司之貨品種類擴展至世界各地之高級產品。

    新八佰伴大樓位於澳門蘇亞利斯博士大馬路90號,於2008年8月8日正式啟用,只需步行幾分鐘即可到達商業區的中心地帶。新八佰伴共分十層,並附設一個220個車位的地庫停車場,擁有員工約一千人。各層主題鮮明,包括化妝品、男女時裝、皮鞋、手袋、童裝、家庭用品、電器、美食廣場及超級市場等等,種類包羅萬有。除此之外,新八佰伴不單在百貨公司內經營,還在路氹經營不同品牌的零售店,如濠尚、上葡京等。

Director of Electrical Appliance Department

Position Summary

The Director of Electrical Appliance Department is responsible for the management and overall performance of the entire electrical appliance department. This includes, but is not limited to, selecting, scheduling, supervising, directing, coaching and performance management of associates.


Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing the daily operations of the sales floor, monitoring sales target achievement, and coordinating and negotiating with suppliers
  • Managing all direct and concession counter to ensure operations meet company standards; and monitoring the store's daily operational processes
  • Act as the key driver for sales volume and profitability analysis
  • Expense management and overall financial performance; identification and solution of business problems; creation and implementation of competitive strategies
  • Managing productivity standards; and overall store management responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of all receiving activities, including unloading merchandise, merchandise preparation and staging

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above preferably in Business Administration or related field
  • Possess 20+ years of solid experience in the role of consumer electronics/accessories/IT industry with at least 10 years’ experience in department store or retail operation is highly preferable
  • Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration
  • Strong ability in working relationships (colleagues, clients and suppliers). Excellent communicator with both upwards with top management and downwards with frontline staff
  • Goal oriented, high achiever and strong analytic skills
  • Inspirational leadership skills
  • Customer-oriented and good organizational skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
