Responsibilities • Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution; • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget; • Lead and manage meetings, liaising with other departments and end users; • Monitor on site progress across all project aspects. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report or escalate issues to senior management as required. • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and contractors. • Supervise site works and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements • Higher Certificate or Diploma in a relevant construction discipline; a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred. • Minimum 10 years’ project management experience, with at least 5 years in a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. • Proficient in project management and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and Microsoft Office applications.
