  • 新八佰伴成立於一九九七年,前身為日本八佰伴集團所擁有之八佰伴日式百貨公司,其後由澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之Panda Sociedade de Gestao de Investimentos Limitada 所收購並於一九九七年底將其重新命名為新八佰伴。自此本公司之貨品種類擴展至世界各地之高級產品。

    新八佰伴大樓位於澳門蘇亞利斯博士大馬路90號,於2008年8月8日正式啟用,只需步行幾分鐘即可到達商業區的中心地帶。新八佰伴共分十層,並附設一個220個車位的地庫停車場,擁有員工約一千人。各層主題鮮明,包括化妝品、男女時裝、皮鞋、手袋、童裝、家庭用品、電器、美食廣場及超級市場等等,種類包羅萬有。除此之外,新八佰伴不單在百貨公司內經營,還在路氹經營不同品牌的零售店,如濠尚、上葡京等。

Buying Coordinator (Children’s Department)

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Buying Coordinator (Children’s Department)

The Buying Coordinator reports to the Director of Children's Department. He/she supports the buying team in managing product selection, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth purchasing operations by maintaining accurate records, tracking orders, and assisting with product analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist buyers in product sourcing, selection, and order placement
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues
  • Monitor stock levels and sales performance to support reordering decisions
  • Prepare reports and presentations for product reviews and buying meetings
  • Coordinate sample management and product testing
  • Support promotional planning and seasonal launches
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
  • Maintain stores visual merchandising

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion Management, Business or a related field
  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided
  • Understanding of apparel cycler and trends, consumer behavior and market dynamics
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and eager to learn, be a good team player with a positive attitude
  • Commercial awareness and passion for products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and using merchandising software, inventory management tool and Microsoft Office Suite
