Purpose of role: Support various Departmental functions to ensure stable operation of Licensing, PDI/External Jobs Order, Importation, Logistics and Data maintenance for new Vehicle Sales. Key Responsibilities: • Handle daily routine reporting and vehicle licensing documentations. • Work closely with Sales and After-Sales to ensure smooth PDI jobs and vehicle delivery services. • Assist in the logistics, shipments, and importation to ensure smooth & accurate track of goods movement. • Assist with various operational and administrative duties for the Department. • Back up daily outdoor works for Supply Chain. • Ad-hoc reports and projects. Qualifications: • Degree holder in Business or Engineering related disciplines. • 1-2 years working experience preferrable in vehicle sales administration function. • Detail-oriented with pleasant communication and interpersonal skills. • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. • Holder of valid driving license is highly preferred. • Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS office. • Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Officer.
